Organizational Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Organizational Development Manager to lead initiatives that boost organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and leadership capability. The role focuses on designing and implementing strategies that align with business objectives and support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement organizational development strategies, frameworks, and programs.
• Lead initiatives on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Design and support leadership development, succession planning, and employee growth programs.
• Conduct organizational assessments, employee surveys, and workforce analytics.
• Drive change management and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, leadership teams, and business units to improve performance.
• Develop competency frameworks, career pathways, and performance development programs.
• Support culture transformation, employee engagement, and diversity initiatives.
• Monitor organizational metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in organizational development, talent management, learning and development, HR business partnering, change management, or related roles.
• Proven experience leading organizational development and change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of organizational design, workforce planning, and employee development principles.
• Excellent leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience managing cross‑functional projects and change programs.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching capabilities.
