Outdoor Sales Executive – Automotive Spare Parts

About the role

Zayani Motors is looking for an energetic Outdoor Sales Executive to drive growth in the automotive spare parts segment. This full‑time position will focus on expanding market presence, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets across the designated territory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities with garages, workshops, and distributors.
• Develop and maintain long‑lasting relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on the company’s spare‑parts portfolio.
• Negotiate agreements, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Provide after‑sales support, addressing enquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of proven outdoor sales experience in automotive spare parts.
• Strong technical understanding of automotive components and systems.
• Track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑driven.
• Full, valid UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
