Outdoor Sales Representative – Industrial Products

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Manama and focuses on selling specialized industrial and commercial maintenance solutions. You will visit existing and prospective clients, present product offerings and demonstrate how they reduce downtime and maintenance costs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a defined sales territory and develop long‑term customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and close sales deals.
• Coordinate product deliveries and gather market feedback.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update sales reports regularly.
• Collaborate with technical and logistics teams, attend product training and represent the company at client meetings and industry events.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales skills including prospecting, negotiation and closing, preferably with industrial, chemical or lubricant products.
• Experience in training customers and basic sales planning or reporting.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally for client visits.
• Prior field‑sales experience in industrial sectors.
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets and manage time efficiently.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).
