About the role

The Papaya Lounge Assistant Manager supports the management of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, ensuring service standards meet The Ritz‑Carlton Gold standards. Working closely with the culinary team, the role guarantees efficient, high‑quality dining experiences for guests while driving financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily schedules of group functions, locations, and specific requirements.
• Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure seamless communication and execution of dining services.
• Monitor and adjust staffing levels based on outlet needs and hotel occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with local liquor control laws and health department regulations.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly, following the instant pacification procedure.
• Achieve and sustain restaurant quality scores above company average, targeting a top‑five position.
• Manage financial and quality targets for all food and beverage outlets, meeting budgeted obligations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing restaurant or food‑and‑beverage outlets.
• Strong knowledge of local liquor and health regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with culinary and service teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
