Partnerships Manager

About the role

Unipal connects youth with brands and universities through a discounts and experiences platform. As a Partnerships Manager in Bahrain you will recruit and onboard multi‑branch brands, F&B and retail groups that appeal to students.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch and negotiate with student‑relevant brands across Bahrain.
• Own the full partnership cycle from outreach to contract signing and handover.
• Represent Unipal at partner meetings and local business events.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for meetings, closed deals and category coverage.
• Maintain a clean CRM pipeline and report performance metrics.
• Provide market feedback to Marketing, Accounts Management and Product teams.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales or a similar commercial role.
• Proven track record of closing deals and meeting targets.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Good knowledge of the Bahrain market and brand landscape.
• Attention to detail in contracts and partner onboarding.
• Understanding of student preferences for brands.
