Pool & Beach Server

About the role

Four Seasons Bahrain Bay, a luxury hotel on an exclusive island in the capital of the Kingdom, is looking for an energetic, service-oriented Pool & Beach Server. The role creates dining experiences for guests at the poolside and beachfront facilities, for people who enjoy working outdoors and delivering personalized service in a luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive food and beverage service to guests at the pool and beach areas.
• Greet guests warmly, present menus, take orders and offer recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
• Monitor guest needs and anticipate requests proactively.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all pool and beach service stations.
• Set up and replenish towels, amenities, beverage stations and dining areas as required.
• Process guest checks and handle cashless transactions according to company procedures.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health and safety standards.
• Work with the Pool & Beach, Culinary and Stewarding teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Report guest feedback, concerns or maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly.

Required profile

• Previous F&B service experience, preferably in a resort, beach club or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive, professional guest-service attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment and under varying weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and carry service trays safely.
