Premium Sales Executive – Automotive

About the role

First Motors is looking for a refined, results‑driven Premium Sales Executive to join its luxury automotive division. You will act as a trusted advisor to high‑net‑worth clients, managing a high‑value portfolio and delivering a world‑class brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead follow‑up, networking and prospecting.
• Present, promote and sell the full range of luxury vehicles to prospective and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong business and customer relationships to secure future sales.
• Achieve and exceed agreed‑upon sales targets within the scheduled timeframe.
• Provide accurate product information, quotations and financing advice.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase features and benefits.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product developments, market trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the luxury automotive sector.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Strong customer‑service focus with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Valid driving licence.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
