Project Planner – Joinery & Furniture Manufacturing

About the role

The Planner will support the planning and scheduling of joinery and furniture manufacturing projects, ensuring that timelines are realistic and deadlines are met. Working closely with Setting‑Out, Procurement, Production, Logistics and external clients, the role guarantees smooth project execution from start to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing detailed project timelines, baseline schedules and dashboards for manufacturing projects.
• Identify critical path activities, dependencies and potential bottlenecks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the main interface between Setting‑Out, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Project Management and external parties, facilitating clear communication.
• Support material and resource management by coordinating with the Material Engineer and Procurement team, tracking orders and escalating delivery issues.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, track production status and help resolve coordination challenges.
• Contribute to process improvements by providing operational support and proposing procedural innovations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design.
• 3‑5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling or operations within manufacturing or construction/fit‑out environments.
• Proven experience with baseline schedules, Earned Value Management, weekly/monthly reporting and dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with handling multiple concurrent projects and understanding proper project sequencing.
