QA/QC Associate Manager

About the role

We are seeking a QA/QC Associate Manager to lead our quality assurance and control functions across manufacturing and fit‑out projects. The role ensures compliance with corporate standards, project specifications and relevant industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate QA procedures and QC processes aligned with ISO 9001 and FSC standards.
• Write and update production QC and corporate QA procedures.
• Implement digital quality tracking and reporting systems such as dashboards and barcode solutions.
• Oversee incoming material inspections, in‑process checks and final product audits for joinery, metal, polishing and packaging departments.
• Ensure use of approved materials and compliance with drawings and method statements.
• Control non‑conforming products and coordinate corrective actions with relevant managers.
• Maintain quality records, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), checklists and method statements per the Project Quality Management Plan.
• Produce QC inspection reports with analysis and recommendations.
• Lead monthly operation meetings to discuss trends, improvement initiatives and action plans.
• Prepare audit reports and monitor the effectiveness of quality procedures.
• Lead the QA/QC team, coordinate with project managers, site engineers and subcontractors.
• Drive business improvement initiatives and maintain a library of SOPs.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing or fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and FSC standards.
• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
