QA/QC Manager

About the role

The QA/QC Manager acts as the Management Representative, establishing and maintaining the Integrated Management System across all Nass Contracting sites, reporting performance to top management and ensuring customer quality requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update SHEQ procedures for all Nass companies.
• Supervise amendments and revisions to SHEQ documentation and control distribution.
• Conduct internal and external audits on behalf of management.
• Verify contractor quality requirements and review vendor submissions.
• Coordinate QA/QC activities with site teams and monitor statistical quality control.
• Manage non‑conformance reports, resolve customer complaints and archive project documentation.
• Maintain and update AS‑BUILT marked‑up drawings to reflect site progress.
• Implement pre‑job briefings based on approved method statements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a relevant postgraduate qualification.
• 15–20 years of construction industry experience, preferably in the GCC.
• Eligibility for CRPEP Grade A registration.
