Quality Controller – Manufacturing & Shop‑Fitting

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Controller to review, evaluate and analyse our manufacturing environment, designing programmes and procedures that maintain and improve predefined quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop quality systems, including policies, procedures and manuals, and ensure their implementation.
• Identify potential quality lapses and apply preventive measures to minimise deviations.
• Establish testing criteria and standards, in coordination with the Production department head.
• Define and manage testing processes and resources to meet quality standards.
• Oversee daily quality‑control floor audits and assess product quality against predefined standards.
• Investigate quality lapses, determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and standardise quality plans and procedures.
• Report audit status and programme updates to management.
• Ensure procured materials meet specific standards and report any deviations.
• Liaise with purchase, production and setting‑out teams to maintain quality at each stage.
• Monitor product timelines to guarantee timely and accurate testing.
• Supervise the quality‑control team.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in a shop‑fitting or joinery manufacturing company.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Quality Management.
• Sound knowledge of manufacturing procedures and common shop‑fitting materials such as timber, boards, laminates, metal, hardware and acrylics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multinational environment.
