Quality Manager – NSA Bahrain

About the role

KBR is looking for a Quality Manager to lead the quality assurance function for its Naval Support Activity (NSA) Bahrain operations. The role is based onsite in Manama and focuses on ensuring that products, services, and processes meet client, contractual, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001.
• Analyze quality data and performance indicators to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives for non‑conformances.
• Plan and execute internal and external audits, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, procurement and HSE teams to embed quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, auditors and regulatory bodies on quality matters.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a quality assurance function in a logistics, industrial or defense environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and audit processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and mentor quality personnel.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
