Receptionist – Front Office Host

About the role

We are looking for a passionate host to join our Guest Operations team and deliver brand‑specific customer experiences across Front Office and, when needed, Food & Beverage areas. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth stay, and memorable goodbye.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a welcoming work area and provide exceptional customer service throughout all shifts, including early, late, and night.
• Enroll guests in Hilton Honors, manage check‑ins and check‑outs, and handle guest transactions efficiently.
• Anticipate guest needs, build rapport quickly, and resolve issues promptly.
• Support team members by assisting in housekeeping, F&B service, and stewarding during busy periods.
• Participate in pre‑ and post‑shift briefs, team huddles, and scheduled learning sessions.
• Attend mandatory F&B service training and, when scheduled, take orders, deliver food and beverages, and clear tables.
• Provide constructive feedback on products, processes, and procedures to the Line Manager.
• Volunteer for company campaigns such as Travel with Purpose or TM committees.
