Relationship Officer – Client Relations & Compliance

About the role

CFI Financial Group is seeking a proactive Relationship Officer to support its growing client base in the online trading and investing sector. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance adherence, and ongoing satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and verify client KYC documents, following up on missing items.
• Coordinate with back‑office and compliance teams to resolve documentation issues.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client records and format standards.
• Reduce pending leads by completing required documentation efficiently.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, conduct demos, and handle objections.
• Prepare concise reports, proposals, and booking packages for executive presentations.
• Support client onboarding and liaise with document and KYC departments.
• Make confirmation calls and follow up on unfunded accounts.
• Educate clients on products, services, and special offers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and identify trends for service improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Professional, empathetic demeanor when handling complaints.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
