Restaurant Director

About the role

The Restaurant Director will lead a signature Asian restaurant and luxury lounge at Four Seasons Bahrain Bay, delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. This senior position combines strategic leadership, financial stewardship, and team development within a world‑class luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the restaurant and lounge, aligning with Four Seasons’ luxury standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction through personalized service, proactive recovery, and VIP relationship management.
• Develop and execute business strategies to maximize revenue, profitability and market positioning.
• Lead, mentor and develop management and front‑of‑house teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with culinary, beverage and marketing teams to create innovative dining and entertainment experiences.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and profit optimization.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, stock control and labor productivity to meet business demands.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, licensing and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, fine‑dining or upscale lounge environments.
• Proven track record managing multiple outlets or high‑volume operations.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting and revenue generation.
• Excellent leadership, communication and team‑development abilities.
