About the role

As the Restaurant General Manager for CLAW BBQ, you will lead one of Hilton’s flagship dining outlets, creating memorable experiences that embody the brand’s hospitality values. You will be responsible for all aspects of the restaurant’s performance, from guest satisfaction to financial results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily outlet operations, overseeing guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls and profitability.
• Monitor service and product quality, assess guest satisfaction, address issues promptly, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Supervise, coach and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations and provide development opportunities.
• Implement innovative marketing, up‑selling and promotional initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding and training to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
