Restaurant Hostess

About the role

As a Restaurant Hostess you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth start to their dining experience. You will work closely with the hotel team to manage reservations, group arrivals and guest inquiries, delivering the high standards of hospitality expected by Hilton.

Key responsibilities

• Confirm reservations, assign seating and fulfill special requests before guest arrival.
• Coordinate group and tour arrivals, ensuring seamless check‑in and seating.
• Greet guests, answer questions, resolve concerns promptly and maintain knowledge of hotel services, VIP requests and special events.
• Handle incoming phone calls, route them appropriately, keep call logs and follow up to guarantee guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Integrity, teamwork, ownership and a proactive, urgent approach to tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Experience with reservation and guest management systems (e.g., hotel PMS or similar).
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to maintain accurate call logs.
