Join Hilton’s Hotels team and be the first smile guests see. As a Restaurant Hostess you will create welcoming first impressions and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pre‑arrival details: confirm reservations, assign accommodations and fulfill special requests before guests arrive.
• Coordinate group arrivals: organize tour and pre‑assigned group check‑ins for a seamless experience.
• Delight guests: greet visitors, answer inquiries, resolve concerns promptly and stay informed on hotel services, VIP requests and special events.
• Provide phone support: answer and route calls, maintain call logs and follow up to guarantee guest satisfaction.
