Restaurant Supervisor / Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Restaurant Supervisor/Manager to lead daily operations, ensure high‑quality service, and create an outstanding dining experience for our guests. The role combines team leadership, operational oversight, and customer‑focused service in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Lead, coach, and schedule staff, managing attendance and manpower needs.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and cost controls to meet performance targets.
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and end‑of‑day closing procedures.
• Address customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen to ensure timely food delivery and quality presentation.
• Prepare daily sales and operational reports for senior management.
• Support promotional activities, events, and special functions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in restaurant management, supervision, or a similar F&B role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling pressure in a busy environment.

Required skills

• Experience with POS systems.
