Room Service Waiter

About the role

The Westin Bahrain City Centre is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Room Service Waiters. In this role you will contribute to the well‑being of our guests by delivering attentive, anticipatory service and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Perform closing duties such as storing reusable goods, cleaning equipment, restocking items, and completing daily cleaning checklists.
• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas, ensuring china, glass and silver are inspected for cleanliness and presentation before use.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift, following clean‑as‑you‑go procedures.
• Adhere to all company safety, security and quality policies; report hazards, accidents or maintenance issues.
• Uphold a professional uniform and personal appearance, and protect confidential and proprietary information.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to brand standards, communicate clearly, and answer telephone calls with proper etiquette.
• Assist co‑workers, respect diversity, and support team goals.

Required profile

• Positive, adaptable and intuitive attitude with a genuine interest in guest well‑being.
• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and navigate stairs or uneven surfaces.
• Clear communication skills and professional language use.
