InterContinental Bahrain is looking for a dynamic Rooms Manager to lead the rooms division and ensure every guest experience reflects the brand’s luxury standards. You will shape service culture, drive operational excellence, and mentor a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Champion the "Inspire Incredible" service philosophy across all guest interactions.
• Develop and execute departmental strategies aligned with hotel business goals.
• Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management for the rooms team.
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics, guest satisfaction scores, and financial results.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a luxury or upscale hotel environment.
• Proven record of delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision‑making abilities.
• Commercially minded with solid understanding of hotel operations.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
