Sales Account Executive – Enterprise Technology

About the role

Beyon Solutions is seeking a high‑performing Sales Account Executive to build strategic relationships and close complex enterprise technology deals across the enterprise and government sectors in Bahrain.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand a portfolio of enterprise and government accounts.
• Develop trusted relationships with business and technology leaders, including C‑suite stakeholders.
• Drive new business acquisition and grow existing customer relationships.
• Lead consultative, value‑based sales engagements from discovery through contract closure.
• Create and execute account growth plans aligned with customer objectives.
• Collaborate with solution consultants and delivery teams to design winning solutions.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet revenue, growth, and profitability targets.

Required profile

• 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing multi‑million‑dollar enterprise deals.
• Strong experience selling across cloud, cybersecurity, data & AI, digital infrastructure, and software development.
• Extensive engagement with enterprise and government sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to influence C‑level decision makers.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
