Sales Assistant

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is open to Bahraini candidates and is based in Hamala. As a Sales Assistant you will help create a smooth shopping experience by assisting customers, handling inquiries, and supporting the sales team in meeting their targets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain organized sales areas and ensure product displays are tidy.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers, addressing questions and concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and exceptional customer‑service abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in FMCG sales and a solid understanding of sales principles.
• Highly organized with strong organizational skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive, positive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as MS Office.
