Sales Assistant

About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is open to Bahraini candidates and is based in Hamala. As a Sales Assistant you will help create a smooth shopping experience by assisting customers, handling inquiries, and supporting the sales team in meeting their targets.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain organized sales areas and ensure product displays are tidy.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers, addressing questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and exceptional customer‑service abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in FMCG sales and a solid understanding of sales principles.
- Highly organized with strong organizational skills.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive, positive attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as MS Office.
