Sales Associate – Customer Service Champion

About the role

As a Sales Associate with Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle, you will be the front‑line ambassador of our retail stores, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Champion customer service standards in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines.
• Understand customer needs, address concerns promptly, and escalate issues to the Store Manager when necessary.
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets through creative selling techniques.
• Utilise thorough product knowledge to upsell and cross‑sell, generating high‑value transactions.
• Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, tidiness and stock replenishment.
• Comply with store security policies to minimise stock loss.
• Recommend and locate merchandise across Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands when items are unavailable in‑store.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• 1–2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
