Sales Associate – Retail

About the role
The Sales Associate will work on the shop floor delivering high‑quality customer service, supporting shoppers with product information, and helping to achieve sales targets for the Adidas brand.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, offer assistance promptly and ensure their needs are met in line with quality and service standards.
- Drive sales through up‑selling, cross‑selling and suggesting alternatives while following up on customer requests.
- Receive and process shipments, maintain accurate stock records, and report any security incidents.
- Keep shelves and the shop floor clean, organized and fully stocked to reflect the brand image.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
- For fashion items: take measurements, price items according to the price list and coordinate alterations.
- For multimedia & lifestyle products: promote additional items and services to meet hourly and daily sales goals.
Required profile
- Fluency in English.
- Zero to one year of experience in a similar retail role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
