Sales Consultant – Luxury Jewellery

About the role

Damas Jewellery, the leading jeweller in the Middle East, is seeking a Sales Consultant to join its Bahrain store. You will be responsible for converting prospective customers into sales while delivering an exceptional, welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain 100% stock accuracy and ensure visual standards meet Damas guidelines.
• Provide thorough product knowledge of Damas collections and competitor offerings.
• Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Adapt sales approach to client needs, handle objections, and negotiate effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Minimum senior high school education.
• 2‑5 years experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
• General knowledge of jewellery.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Self‑starter with a team‑player mindset.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
