Sales Engineer – New Installations

About the role

The NI Sales Engineer promotes and sells new‑installation elevator and escalator solutions across Bahrain. You will combine engineering expertise with commercial acumen to support consultants, contractors and developers throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct traffic analysis and recommend suitable elevator/escalator solutions.
• Review project specifications, drawings and tender documents, providing technical consultations.
• Prepare commercial and technical proposals, quotations and tender submissions, and negotiate contract terms.
• Coordinate with installation, operations, supply‑chain, finance and QHSE teams to monitor project progress from award to handover.
• Ensure all solutions comply with safety codes, Bahrain Engineering Council regulations and TK Elevator policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related engineering discipline, recognized by Bahrain authorities.
• Registration with the Council for Regulating the Practice of Engineering Professions (CRPEP) or eligibility for registration.
• Valid Bahrain driving licence.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales engineering, elevators, building services, MEP or related technical fields.
