Country Manager - Bahrain

About the role

The leading fashion group in Bahrain is seeking a Country Manager to take full ownership of the country's P&L, sales, profitability and overall commercial performance. This senior position will drive the multi‑brand, multi‑store retail operations across Bahrain.

Key responsibilities

• Own Bahrain's P&L, budgets and commercial targets.
• Lead multi‑brand, multi‑store operations, ensuring stores meet sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, productivity, shrinkage and profitability goals.
• Coach and manage the retail leadership team, including Area/Operations Managers and Store Staff, with clear KPIs and accountability.
• Monitor store and brand performance, identify under‑performing locations or categories and implement improvement plans.

Required profile

• Arabic speaker with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of retail management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within the GCC.
• Strong understanding of the GCC retail market and consumer behaviour.
• Proven track record of managing or overseeing at least 15 stores while driving profitability and operational excellence.
