Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive cash and credit sales, meet monthly targets, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves managing the full sales cycle while adhering to quality, health, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets through cash and credit transactions.
• Handle customer queries, understand requirements and provide product information.
• Oversee transactions from initiation to completion.
• Identify and nurture potential leads, building lasting relationships.
• Maintain product and premises displays according to company guidelines.
• Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, company policies and EHS procedures.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports.
• Follow the Environment, Health, Safety & Quality manual.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and compliance.
