Sales Executive (Showroom)

About the role

The Showroom Sales Executive handles customer enquiries and sales activities within the showroom and through digital channels. The role suits a customer-focused, commercially motivated person who sells products, prepares reports, monitors stock and follows company policies. It also includes developing the skills to supervise the showroom and lead the team.

Key responsibilities

• Follow sales policies, operational procedures and approval limits
• Handle online and offline sales
• Prepare sales and inventory reports using approved digital and AI tools
• Maintain showroom appearance and product presentation
• Prepare quotations, orders, invoices and customer records accurately
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
• Follow up on leads, open quotations and pending customer decisions
• Monitor product availability and report inventory shortages
• Provide professional customer service and resolve routine complaints, escalating serious ones
• Coordinate with internal departments to complete orders and support team members
• Adhere to Nass Corporation standards, CIG and the integrated management system (IMS)

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant field
• 2 years of relevant experience in a sales and communication role
