Sales Manager – Retail

About the role

Talentailor is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its retail sales operations in Manama, Bahrain. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships to increase repeat business.
• Design and execute sales strategies that align with business growth objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales management experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and business development.
• Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Target‑oriented and results‑driven mindset.
