SAP Consultant – SD & Service Modules

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated SAP Consultant to manage and optimise our SAP environment, ensuring it supports our diverse business operations across sales, service and other functional areas. This full‑time position is based in Manama, Bahrain, and will play a key part in analysing, designing and implementing SAP‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business requirements, analyse processes, identify gaps and propose SAP solutions for sales, service and related modules.
• Configure and design SAP SD/CS components such as sales orders, contracts, pricing, billing, service notifications and repair orders.
• Lead or participate in full‑lifecycle implementations, including design, build, test and go‑live activities.
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP MM, FI, PS and external systems, including cloud services.
• Provide expert support, resolve incidents, manage post‑go‑live issues and create functional specifications, test cases and user manuals.
• Deliver training, conduct workshops and communicate with stakeholders.
• Assist with system upgrades, apply SAP Notes and support data migration projects.
• Collaborate with IT teams on risk assessments, audits and project planning.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of proven SAP consulting experience, focusing on SAP SD and Service modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with experience handling multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across divisions.
