Senior Impact Investor (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Impact Investor to source, evaluate and manage investments that deliver both financial returns and measurable social or environmental outcomes. The role is fully remote, supporting our mission‑driven portfolio of innovative and sustainable businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Source and evaluate impact‑focused investment opportunities.
• Conduct financial analysis, market research and thorough due‑diligence activities.
• Assess ESG factors alongside financial performance.
• Develop investment recommendations and present findings to decision‑makers.
• Support transaction execution, negotiations and investment structuring.
• Monitor portfolio performance and impact metrics.
• Build relationships with entrepreneurs, investors and ecosystem partners.
• Prepare investment reports, impact assessments and portfolio updates.
• Stay informed on market trends, sustainable finance and impact‑investing developments.
• Contribute to investment strategy and portfolio growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, International Development or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in investment management, private equity, venture capital, impact investing or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to assess both financial and non‑financial performance indicators.
• Experience with startups, social enterprises or sustainability‑focused organisations is a plus.
