Senior Manager – Commercial Cards & B2B Payments

About the role

We are looking for an experienced banking professional to lead the growth of our Commercial Cards and B2B Payments portfolio in Bahrain. The role focuses on acquiring corporate clients, expanding supplier payment solutions, and driving overall portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities

• Accelerate commercial card adoption across large corporates and mid‑market segments.
• Identify and develop B2B supplier payment opportunities to increase card penetration.
• Design and execute go‑to‑market strategies for new products.
• Manage relationships with multinational corporations and large enterprises.
• Support product development and launch of commercial card solutions.
• Collaborate with transaction banking, risk, and operations teams.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to strengthen positioning.

Required profile

• 12–18+ years of experience in corporate banking, payments, commercial cards, or transaction banking.
• Strong expertise in B2B payments and corporate client management.
• Proven track record in business development and revenue growth.
• Experience managing corporate portfolios and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
