Senior Marketing Communications

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Communications professional with over five years of experience to lead end‑to‑end marketing strategies for our company and its clients. You will drive event marketing, brand positioning, and integrated campaigns that fuel business growth and client acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies from concept through performance evaluation, defining target audiences, messaging, channels, timelines and KPIs.
• Design and manage full‑scale content strategies, creating monthly and weekly plans for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and overseeing copywriting and production.
• Manage and grow social media accounts, plan and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google Ads, and continuously improve ROI through data‑driven insights.
• Create integrated marketing campaigns for event launches, enhance audience engagement, and support business development and client acquisition efforts.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers and influencers, handle brand reputation, and address crisis communication with strategic problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the events and marketing industry.
• Proven ability to lead strategic and creative initiatives and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results and continuous optimisation.
