Senior Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior product leader who has successfully taken a consumer app through a high‑growth phase and is ready to build a product function from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the product strategy for a Gulf‑wide platform that connects young people with brands and is currently raising a Series A round.

Key responsibilities

• Own the data‑driven scaling initiatives for the platform.
• Complement the existing project lead who manages journey, design, and experience.
• Build and lead a dedicated product team, establishing a proper product organization over time.
• Develop product operations and collaborate closely with the Ops VP and CTO.
• Report directly to the CEO and contribute to regional growth strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience taking a consumer product through a genuine growth phase, preferably with IPO exposure.
• Strong numerical fluency and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead a product team, not just manage individual contributors.
• Fluent Arabic language skills.
• Willingness to travel monthly from Riyadh to Bahrain.

Required skills

What we offer

• Direct line to the CEO and end‑to‑end ownership of product initiatives.
• Opportunity to shape your own team and function from scratch.
• Future build‑out of a full product organization with dedicated PMs per function.
• Young, flexible, non‑corporate culture with regional growth potential.
• Competitive BD 2500 + ESOP structure reflecting ambitious scaling plans.
