Senior Recruitment Executive

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Recruitment Executive to join the Human Resources team of one of Bahrain's largest diversified groups. You will lead end‑to‑end hiring processes across multiple business units, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with strategic workforce needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce requirements and develop hiring strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for a variety of functions and levels.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate communications, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies and other sourcing channels to attract top talent.
• Prepare offers, manage pre‑employment processes, and support onboarding activities.
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably in a large corporate or diversified environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proven experience recruiting across multiple business functions and levels.
• Ability to handle several vacancies simultaneously in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
