Senior Retail Sales Executive

About the role

Albayan Perfumes, a growing fragrance retailer in Bahrain, is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Executive to lead the in‑store experience across its branches. You will guide customers to the perfect scent, drive sales performance, and mentor junior staff while upholding the brand’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, identify fragrance preferences and recommend suitable perfumes.
• Achieve individual and branch sales targets through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of sizes, offers, and promotions.
• Support and coach junior sales employees.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Monitor stock levels, report low‑stock items and keep displays attractive and organized.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Assist with daily opening, closing and cash‑handling procedures.
• Provide feedback on customer demand and best‑selling products to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, beauty, fashion or luxury.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Fluent in Arabic; English communication skills preferred.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Currently residing in Bahrain and able to work across all Albayan retail locations.

Required skills

• Basic experience using POS or retail management systems.
