Service Engineer – Apple Product Repairs

About the role
The Service Engineer will work in an Apple‑authorized service centre, repairing a range of Apple devices including iPhones, MacBooks, iMacs and Apple Watches. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality repairs while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Repair in‑warranty and out‑of‑warranty Apple laptops and other devices.
- Achieve daily productivity targets and meet Apple‑defined KPIs.
- Assist walk‑in customers with technical queries and provide clear guidance.
- Update Apple’s internal systems with repair status and inventory information each day.
- Maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) through quality work and courteous interaction.
Required profile
- 3‑4 years of hands‑on experience repairing Apple products.
- Diploma or ITI in Electronics or a related field.
- Apple Certified iTechnician (ACIT) and Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) certifications.
Required skills
- iPhone hardware repair
- MacBook and iMac troubleshooting and repair
- Apple Watch and accessory servicing
- Familiarity with Apple service tools and diagnostic software
