About the role
We are looking for a proactive Service Sales Executive to join TK Elevator Almoayyed W.L.L in Manama. The role focuses on selling service contracts and maintenance agreements for elevators and escalators, building lasting client relationships and ensuring high satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities for elevator and escalator service contracts.
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct needs assessments and propose tailored service solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms and close deals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide insights to management.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities and product innovations.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events and trade shows.
Required profile
- Proven sales experience, preferably in technical services or facilities management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets.
- Basic understanding of elevator and escalator services (training provided).
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Self‑motivated with a proactive problem‑solving approach.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
