Shift Leader – Royal Beach Club

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Shift Leader to oversee the daily operations of the Royal Beach Club’s recreation facilities in Manama. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a fun, safe and welcoming environment while coordinating activities and staff during your shift.

Key responsibilities

• Encourage, register and schedule guests for a variety of recreation activities.
• Promote a relaxed atmosphere and provide accurate information about facilities and programmes.
• Enforce safety rules, monitor activities and respond to emergencies according to procedures.
• Maintain and clean equipment, report accidents or unsafe conditions to management.
• Welcome guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and handle telephone enquiries professionally.
• Process payments for equipment rentals, activity fees and retail sales using the POS system.
• Support team members, uphold company policies and protect confidential information.
• Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment and record relevant data.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• No prior experience or supervisory background required.
• Ability to work full‑time shifts and stand, walk or lift objects as described.

Required skills

• CPR certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Operation of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and information retrieval.
