Showroom Sales Officer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Showroom Sales Officer to join our team in Tubli, Bahrain. This full-time, on-site role will be the face of our showroom, helping customers discover our interior-design and building-materials solutions while driving lead generation and sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, answer product queries and provide tailored recommendations.
• Promote the company’s interior-design, marble, stone, and custom woodwork offerings.
• Generate and qualify leads, feeding them into the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email and in-person interactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming showroom environment.
• Track sales activities using the company’s sales systems.

Required profile

• Strong customer-service and communication abilities.
• Experience in lead generation and channel sales.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a goal-driven setting.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is a plus.
• Immediate availability and willingness to work in shifts.
