Signature Key Account Manager

About the role

Zain Bahrain is looking for a Signature Key Account Manager in its Customer Care division. The role represents the business to its most valued clients, builds strong long-lasting relationships, understands their needs, supports them with challenges, identifies new opportunities and helps grow and maintain successful accounts while ensuring a positive client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop key accounts and achieve sales targets set by the department, increasing market share
• Educate customers on product usage and features, and manage and resolve their technical difficulties
• Create an organized database of all clients with full profiles and keep customer details up to date
• Handle VIP account invoices collection, credit limit adjustments, retention processes and churn reports
• Maintain the customer base by locking customers with new devices and clean up the database according to agreed criteria
• Analyse customer market trends and identify sales opportunities across VIP accounts
• Work with the Customer Marketing team so that product and service campaigns are coordinated across VIP accounts
• Keep management informed of complaint, requirement and inquiry statistics
• Communicate regularly with other major departments and with clients to keep procedures running smoothly

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business or communication
• 3+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably managing key accounts or high-value customers
• Ability to build a new customer database and attract new customers

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Strong focus on customer care and excellent external relationships for customer attraction
