Site Technical Manager

About the role

The Site Technical Manager leads all technical, engineering, and QA/QC aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the technical and QA/QC elements of the project, ensuring compliance with IMS policies.
• Coordinate technical aspects with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients, including temporary works design, approval, inspection, and implementation.
• Oversee technical resource delivery, forecast costs, and manage documentation submittals from subcontractors and vendors.
• Review structural design calculations, drawings, and ensure integration of all technical aspects across the project.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction projects involving bridges and infrastructure.
• Strong structural engineering fundamentals and experience with temporary works design review.
• Proven ability to lead technical coordination with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
