About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced culinary professional to join our team as a Service Chef with a focus on seafood cuisine. This position is based in Bahrain and involves leading kitchen operations to deliver high‑standard dishes in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Prepare and present seafood dishes to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols in the kitchen.
- Coordinate with the front‑of‑house team to ensure seamless service.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control for seafood and related ingredients.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a similar chef role.
- Strong expertise in seafood cuisine (mandatory).
- Ability to lead and manage kitchen staff effectively.
- High attention to quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Capability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑standard environment.
