Stablecoin Projects and Sales Lead

About the role

AXCoin is looking for a hands‑on Stablecoin Projects and Sales Lead to drive the issuance, circulation and ecosystem growth of its stablecoin. Based in Bahrain, you will work directly with banks, payment service providers, exchanges, fintechs and enterprise clients to deliver end‑to‑end payment and stablecoin solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategic payment and stablecoin implementation projects from initiation through go‑live.
• Drive new sales by working with partners and internal teams to implement APIs, wallet integrations, minting, redemption, settlement and interoperability capabilities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Banking, Commercial) to achieve implementation objectives.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across banks, payment companies, exchanges and technology partners.
• Develop project plans, manage risks, track milestones, resolve issues and continuously improve delivery processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
• PMP certification required; Agile or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• 8‑10+ years of hands‑on project delivery and sales partnership experience in payments, banking, fintech or digital assets.
• Proven track record implementing payment infrastructure, stablecoin or blockchain platforms and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, digital wallets, settlement processes and regulated financial services.
