Steward – Hospitality Service Support

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Steward to join our Food Operations team. In this position you will ensure that cooking utensils, service‑ware and work areas are clean, organized and ready for service, helping the hotel deliver an excellent guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of assigned kitchen and service areas throughout each shift.
• Clean food‑preparation equipment, floors, and kitchen tools with attention to detail.
• Wash, dry and store utensils, cutlery and crockery efficiently and safely.
• Dispose of waste correctly, maximizing recycling wherever possible.
• Follow Hilton and hotel policies and procedures for hygiene, safety and service standards.
• Support other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food Production) when workload spikes.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions and company initiatives.
