Store Manager – Luxury Eyewear

About the role

As the Store Manager for Ray‑Ban within Chalhoub Group, you will lead a luxury eyewear boutique, driving sales performance while delivering the brand’s premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead by example, embodying Ray‑Ban’s values and philosophy in all customer and team interactions.
• Manage the customer database to build strong relationships and generate future selling opportunities.
• Stay ahead of trends, product launches and competitor activity, providing feedback to back‑office teams.
• Leverage both online and offline points of sale to create a hybrid shopping experience.
• Recruit, develop and retain talent, fostering a positive work environment based on trust and respect.
• Communicate employee feedback and concerns to leadership and HR.

• Proven experience managing a luxury retail store or boutique.
