About the role
We are looking for an experienced Sustainability Manager to lead our ESG strategy and drive measurable environmental and social impact across the organization. This remote, full‑time position will shape sustainability frameworks, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to support our long‑term responsible growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies aligned with business objectives and global standards.
- Lead ESG programs, set goals, targets, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Manage ESG reporting, disclosures, and sustainability communications.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support carbon‑reduction, energy‑efficiency, waste‑management, and resource‑optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with business units to embed sustainability into operations and decision‑making.
- Monitor regulations, industry trends, and emerging best practices.
- Develop internal policies, guidelines, and awareness programs.
- Engage investors, regulators, customers, suppliers, and community stakeholders.
- Prepare sustainability reports, executive presentations, and strategic recommendations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Management, ESG, or a related field.
- 5–10+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental management, corporate responsibility, consulting, or related roles.
- Proven experience developing and implementing sustainability strategies and programs.
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting, and corporate responsibility practices.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations, climate risks, and sustainable business models.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Strong project‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
