Tax and Financial Compliance Manager

About the role

The Tax and Financial Compliance Manager will support the Group Tax function across the Beyon Group, ensuring tax compliance, advisory and reporting across the MENA region. You will work closely with internal finance teams and external tax advisors to manage corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing and international tax matters.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic tax initiatives aligned with the Group Tax strategy.
• Prepare corporate income tax computations, provisions and filings for digital entities.
• Manage VAT compliance, including cross‑border transaction advice and reporting.
• Support transfer pricing policy implementation, documentation (local and master files) and benchmarking analyses.
• Assist with international tax issues such as permanent establishment risks, withholding taxes and cross‑border structuring.
• Coordinate tax audits, assessments and correspondence with MENA tax authorities.
• Develop and maintain tax models, trackers, reconciliations and perform data analysis for tax positions.
• Contribute to automation projects and continuous process improvement within the tax function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in corporate income tax, VAT, transfer pricing and international tax.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience working with finance teams across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with tax authorities and external advisors.
